Activity 3: Reading - Leaving the Hotel 📖

Read this story about a guest checking out of their hotel.

It was the last day of Sarah's vacation. She packed her bags carefully, making sure she didn't leave anything behind. The hotel's Check-out time was 11:00 AM. She went to the front desk a little before that. "Good morning," she said to the receptionist. "I'd like to Check-out, please. My room number is 305." The receptionist smiled and said, "Good morning, Ms. Smith. I hope you enjoyed your stay." Sarah replied that she had a wonderful time. The receptionist then prepared her Bill. "Here is your Invoice, Ms. Smith. It includes the room charges and the dinner you had from room service."

Sarah looked at the Bill and saw everything was correct. She decided to Pay the bill using her credit card. After the payment was complete, she remembered to Return the key card for her room. "My flight isn't until this evening," Sarah mentioned. "Is it possible to use Luggage storage for my bags for a few hours?" The receptionist confirmed, "Yes, of course. We have a secure Luggage storage area. Just bring your bags here, and we'll give you a tag." Sarah was very grateful. Checking out was a smooth process, and she appreciated the hotel's help with her bags.
